  • Firstly, we will carry out a measured survey of your property and discuss your proposal in depth. Once we have prepared your plans, they will be submitted to the local authority for the relevant permissions to be obtained.

  • The Local Authority normally takes around eight weeks to approve the plans.

  • We have many years experience working with local authorities and can advise you of the best design to achieve planning permission for your specific project.

  • Should the local authority refuse your application we can either alter the plans to the Council’s requirements or you can appeal to the Department of Environment. We also offer an appeal service and can give detailed advice when required. At present over 95% of our projects are granted planning permission.
